R-HRC is a workforce app for a company’s employees, site managers, and HR administrators: face attendance, shift schedules, requests, timesheets, and internal payroll records.
To ask a question or request help, email us. This is the support channel for the iOS, Android, and web app.
Include your name, the email you use to sign in, your company name, the device (iPhone, iPad, or other),
and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help us reply faster.
What we can help with
- Sign-in and account. Creating an account is free (email one-time code, then name and password). We can help if you cannot sign in, reset access, or your account is not attached to a company.
- Company access. Join with an invite code from your employer, or ask HR to add you. Creating a new organization in the app does not require a fee.
- Attendance, schedules, and requests. Face enrollment, check-in/out, shifts, leave, and timesheets.
- Employee capacity. A company starts with a seat limit. To raise it, email support with the company name, company code, and the limit you need. We change it on the server. The app does not sell seats or take payment.
- Privacy. Questions about personal data, including face templates, go to the same address. See the Privacy Policy.
Who to contact inside your company
Day-to-day items such as a missed punch, a shift change, or a leave approval are handled by your site manager or HR admin inside R-HRC. Email RingMe when the issue is about the app itself, your account, or company capacity.
